Are your products authentic?


Yes. Every piece sold by NOAVVO is an authentic designer item, sourced through trusted luxury distribution partners, supplier warehouses, licensees and authorised supplier networks.

NOAVVO is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with the brands featured on our site unless explicitly stated. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.


Where do you ship?


We offer worldwide delivery wherever our trusted courier partners — DHL, UPS, and FedEx — are able to operate. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@noavvo.com.



How long does delivery take?


Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination:

- United Kingdom & European Union: approximately 4–7 business days

- Rest of the world: approximately 5–7 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, or public holidays.



Will I receive tracking?


Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.



Where are your products shipped from?


NOAVVO works with a network of trusted supplier warehouses across Italy, Sweden, Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Northern Ireland. Items are dispatched from the warehouse closest to where they are stored.


If your order contains items from different warehouses, you may receive multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers — there's no need to worry, this is completely normal.



Can I return my order?


Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags, dustbags, and packaging intact. To request a return, simply email us at support@noavvo.com.



Who pays for return shipping?


Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. In these cases, NOAVVO will arrange a complimentary return label.



Are worn or used items refundable?


Unfortunately, no. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, damage, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for a refund.



Who pays customs duties or import taxes?


International orders are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.



What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?


We take great care to ensure every item meets our standards. In the rare event your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@noavvo.com within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, the original tags, and your order number. We will arrange a return and process a refund or replacement promptly.



Can I exchange an item?


We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please:

1. Place a new order for the item you'd like

2. Return your original following our return process


We'll refund your original purchase as soon as the return is received.



How long do refunds take?


Once your return has been received and inspected at our supplier warehouse, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



What if I'm not home for delivery?


Couriers will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, your parcel may be redirected to a local collection point. Please note that uncollected or refused parcels may incur a return fee of €45.
